It looks like Seth Rollins is going to be the Money in the Bank winner for the briefcase since this opportunity is usually used to launch rising stars. The other contestants are either jobbers, have their own accomplishments, or won Money in the Bank already.
On the other hand, Dean Ambrose could win as well, but maybe not. The championship or briefcase is not his main focus. The only thing he cares about is ripping Seth Rollins to shreds for betraying the once dominating stable, the Shield.
Ambrose and Roman Reigns are on their way to top stardom in the WWE because they are already very popular with the fans. Seth Rollins is a bit behind them since he is not as great on the mic or charismatic as Ambrose and not as powerful as Reigns. Rollins still has good enough mic skills, enough muscles, and spectacular high-flying wrestling skills to get himself to the top. It will just be a little more effort. That is why he was paired with the Authority and given a spot at Money in the Bank. Seth Rollins needs this boost more than the other two Shield members.
If Rollins does win the briefcase, perhaps he will continue to deal with the vengeful Dean Ambrose. Maybe the feud will even be put on hold by writing in Ambrose getting an injury that requires him to take time off. This way, Rollins can feud with whoever is the WWE World Heavyweight Champion and if Seth does become the new champion, maybe Ambrose will make a surprising return to fight him for the title.
