Dean Ambrose and John Cena Join Forces Against Authority

Now that Dean Ambrose has returned to WWE from his cement/cinder block injury, he is facing the Authority by himself. All the sudden, John Cena gets involved as well due to what Seth Rollins did during Cena's match against Brock Lesnar at the Night of Champions 2014 pay per view. Seth hit Cena with the Money in the Bank Briefcase which caused Cena to win the match but cannot become WWE World Heavyweight Champion by winning via DQ (disqualification).

Since Cena wants to get revenge, his and Ambrose's storylines have merged together into one storyline. A lot of the fans who don't like Cena don't want him in the storyline because they only want to see Ambrose. However, Roman Reigns is out injured. If Roman was still here, then definitely he and Ambrose would be taking on the Authority because they still want revenge on Seth Rollins for his betrayal of the Shield.

I still think that even if Roman Reigns wasn't out injured, Cena would still be involved in the story so that Reigns and Ambrose don't get outnumbered by Rollins, Kane, Orton, and Triple H of the Authority. With or without Reigns, Cena has to be there. You can't just put someone else in there like Cesaro, Dolph Ziggler, or Sheamus since they aren't mega stars. If CM Punk or Daniel Bryan were on the roster, they would be allies too in the storyline and would be helping out Cena, Reigns, and Ambrose fight the Authority.

You have to understand also that John Cena is very popular. He may get loudly booed by several people, but he has millions of fans that put in money to see him. Having him be part of the storyline does help draw more attention to Ambrose and these other newer guys.
